Images showcased on my official photography accounts will not bear any watermarks, including high-resolution images sent to clients (paid and non-paid) and when used in other circumstances.

Images showcased on proofing gallery, uploaded to certain social media (i.e. Discord, Facebook Groups) or sent as samples to potential clients or collaborators will always bear a watermark.

RAW Files are uncompressed photographic files that capture more data to allow a photographer to edit the image more easily. Due to this, all RAW files will not be released (nor sold). All images delivered for download and or viewing are edited to improve its condition, such as lighting, color, contrast, shadows and sharpness — all of which are standard for digital photographers.

RAW Files may be discussed if client is high profile (i.e. Real Estate Company, Politician, Celebrity).

Of course! My photographic services are for everyone, regardless of ones background or orientation. As long as the weather permits and all parties are prepared, there is nothing to worry about!

My photography services are of wide range, as I love capturing the world as we know it whether it is client or non-client based. Yes, you will have full ownership of the images provided to you. However, you will have ownership for personal purposes. Any and all images used for commercial purposes or any other purposes used for monetary, political or otherwise used in any other settings is prohibited unless agreed upon via a commercial contract.

Full ownership does not mean the transfer of copyright(s). Any and all copyrights belong to Michael Cary Photography.

All images will be uploaded to an online gallery and password protected. The gallery will include two (2) different passcodes, one to access the gallery and one to download the gallery (or selected images you want).

• Please note that there will be a gallery uploaded to the website that you can share with your friends, family, etc. if you do not feel comfortable sharing the password-protected gallery.

Images will never be delivered via email or through a messaging app unless provided a link to the online gallery.

The turnaround time for edited photos varies depending on the type of session and current workload. Generally, you can expect to receive your photos within 2-4 weeks after the shoot.
